COMPANY PROFILE :Ersa foundry has been serving, heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural machinery, and general machinery industries for casting as well as machining needs for domestic and export accounts. Ersa foundry, currently, cast and machine 2000 ton/year in brand new facility built on a 5500 m2 covered area on a lot of 13.000 m2 total area in Aliaga Industrial Zone (ALOSBI) in Izmir.

Foundry is in the process of getting a No-Bake line with the intention of increasing annual casting capacity to 5000 ton/year. Currently, foundry can cast up to 800 kg/piece grey iron and 400 kg/piece ductile iron. With the addition of No-Bake line intend to increase per piece cast weight to 1000kg. Besides grey iron and ductile casting, Ersa foundry is equipped with CNC machining capabilities for its customers’ need. Ersa foundry is striving to achieve highest possible customer satisfaction, thru its quality control emphasis, on total production.
